Adding to the merriment and convenience forkama‘aina and visitors, a new Honolulu Cookie Company pop-up store has just opened in Waikele Premium Outlets. The Waikele retail location opened its doors Nov. 1 offering Hawai‘i’s favorite premium shortbread cookies. Located near Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, the Honolulu Cookie Company holiday season store will operate during mall hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays. Holiday hours start Thanksgiving Day when the pop-up will be open from 9 a.m. to midnight and on through 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23. Additional holiday hours run through November and December.
