(Honolulu Hawaii, May 9, 2019) — Hot on the heels of the Grand Opening of its third Las Vegas store on May 9, Honolulu Cookie Company keeps the celebrations going at Vegas Uncork’d, representing Hawaii at the upscale annual festival for the third time.
Now in its lucky 13th year, Vegas Uncork’d, by Bon Appétit, will attract food and wine lovers from May 9 through May 12 to where some of the most well-known chefs, grand sommeliers and cutting-edge mixologists will stimulate the culinary senses of the thousands of attendees at the different festival venues on the Las Vegas Strip.
Honolulu Cookie Company General Manager Ryan Sung enthused, “We are really looking forward to sharing Hawaii’s aloha hospitality with fellow foodies from around the world during this vibrant four-day festival.” He added, “Whenever Bon Appétit throws a party, you can be sure it will be the talk of the town and a lot of fun.”
Vegas Uncork’d is Las Vegas’ premier culinary and wine event, and this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever with a lineup of world-renowned celebrity chefs: Gordon Ramsay, Christina Tosi, Roy Choi, Masaharu Morimoto, Guy Savoy, Nobu Matsuhisa and many more.
Honolulu Cookie Company will again participate in The Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace on May 10, the signature event of Vegas Uncork’d, where approximately 2,500 paying guests enjoy a glamorous evening with dishes prepared by more than 50 of the festival’s participating chefs and sample more than 100 wines and spirits from around the world. Honolulu Cookie Company’s booth will have an interactive dipping station where guests will have the opportunity to hand-dip their cookies in milk chocolate.
The festival will run from Thursday through Sunday and feature a variety of new events, in addition to the established Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace and Picnic at The Park, including Under the Stars at The NoMad Pool and the May the Best Chef Win: Celebrity Poker Tournament.

Honolulu Cookie Company products are available in Las Vegas year round from any one of its three stores, located at The LINQ Promenade, the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and The Palazzo, and The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace.
